Viper with VW alarm!?

Hey all, 
	Had a question on my Viper 300+ for the list.  I have the car at the 
body shop now doing some custom work, and they disconnected the battery, and 
when they reconnected it, the hazard lights flash, even after the Viper 
itself has been disarmed.  Valet mode has no effect either.
	If it has any bearing, I am shaving the handles and I think that they 
disconnected the central locking, and anything that had to do with door 
protection with locks.

Any ideas?!?!  HELLLLLP!!
