Re: 18" or 17" rims?



Kevin,
I used a pad sander and took off as much material all the way around. Just
make sure to use a wet rag to keep the paint cool to avoid chipping. My
friend has a GLX with 17x8 and 215's and his car is DUMPED. Fully tucked in
there and no rubbing. Another friend has a GTI and his plastic bits popped
off his car, and he has a stock suspension. Go figure. Don't forget to wear
gloves when you go out at night...
