Oops you're right, it is 10 years, though I'm more likely to be on the 5
year plan for 100k, so I don't tend to pay as much attention to the time
period.

BTW, I paid 1000 for an extended warranty designed for VW's that covers
everything the factory warranty doesn't. Warranty Gold may have been a
better deal, but this one looked pretty good as well.
