99 Jetta IV

I'm trying to decide between a GLS VR6 or a GLX Jetta. I want the leather 
interior and sunroof. The only option that I want and can not get with the
GLS is the foglights. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket or even VW
foglights for the new Jetta that will fit it the stock GLX location? Also
does anyone know who make the current radio/cassette deck for the new Jettas
and if perhaps it had rca outputs on it? One dealer here in SoCal wanted
$1495 for the cd changer. I just about shit when I saw that. I'm sure that
an aftermarket one should work fine with the stock radio.
