VW Dealer Question . . .

Hi y'all. . .I have a '95 VW Jetta GLS suede silver color. . (sort of
champagene metallic) I am new to the list so I don't know if this has
ever been brought up but let me fill you in . . .at about 20k miles my
Jetta 's paint was completely ruined by the RAIN!  It looked like someone
shot a paintball gun bullets full of bleach all over the car. . .the
dealer repainted the car no problem, but still the car is slightly
devalued due to the paint problem . . .ok so I'm at the dealer a few
weeks ago getting some BS work done and they were kind enough to wash the
car for me (which I rarely do myself, shame on me), and they pull it up
and wham, a big splotch of paint is missing from a door. . not a ding,
not a scratch, but a splotch of paint is missing. . .they painted that
for free, but only after much hassle. . .so today I'm washing my car at
the do-it-yourself spray wash and what do you know? Another fist size
chunk of paint just falls off. . .so I have a chronic paint problem on my
4 year old 56k mile leased Jetta (I am WAY over the miles alloctaed in
the lease so I was planning on buying it) but I don't want to buy this
sherwin williams test vehicle. . .What can I do?? The lease is up in
June. .
