Squirt some powdered graphite in there and work it around with a key. It's
available at most auto-parts places (Pep Boys, Autozone, etc). You may
also put some on the key to get it through the whole lock cylinder. This
alone will help a lot.

If it does freeze still, you can hold you key in a gloved hand and heat it
with a lighter. Insert the key in the lock and work it like silly.
