Cruise Control & Dash Light

Hey all,
The cruise on my 95 doesn't work either.  I tried lifting the clutch and
that didn't do anything.  The clutch goes all the way up.  Any ideas on what
it could be or how to fix it?

Also, my dash light crapped out around the heater controls?  What is the fix
for this??

Any help would be great!!
