ASR & EDL
Hi Folks,
Just an update on the 2000 models.
The new 2000 model year 1.8ts (GTI, New Beetle and Jetta GLS) as well as
the VR6 GTI and Jetta GLXs all have ASR (antislip regulation) and EDL
(electronic differential lock). these cars also have the Cruise control
indicator light on the dashboard.
The New Jetta GLX VR6 does NOT come with sport seats any longer. You
will only get comfort seats and the 16" alloy wheels as standard
equipment.
We should see the 1.8T introduced at the Detroit International Autoshow
in January. We will see the cars sometime in Mid-March.
