Re: removing resonator cone



I found a squirt of WD40, a long handled screw driver and a pair of pliers
works well.  Squirt a bit around the perimeter of the cone, insert the
screwdriver alongside the snap fitting (you'll have to play with it to find
it) and then tank like hell on the cone with the pliers.  Took me about 10
minutes, as it is put together relatively securely - but stand to be flamed
if anyone did this quicker.  lol  ;)

Of course, if all else fails, I'm sure the Step-on-it approach works well
too?!

enjoy the new high rev response.  Be sure to remove the snow filter too and
therefore check the air filter more frequently.
