It is just clear 3M (?) tape that goes along the top edges of the doors
to isolate the door metal from the roof mouldings.  It (mostly) stops
the strange sounding squeaking/creaking from the doors.  IMO, though,
its really ugly -- not that all that many people see the inside of the
doors (but if *I* know its there...).  I'm looking for a better solution
for my car.
