As a former owner of a '78 Fiat 128 Rallye, I can tell you it would be
fairly quick for as long as it held together and assuming you could keep
traction. I don't think I'd want 172+ hp running with those brakes though. 

btw, it was the biggest loss I've ever taken on a car.
