The maintenance service interval is 20k miles or 1 year, whichever comes
first.  This is the standard "check everything", but don't replace parts
except to add fluids.  Oil change is every 10k miles or 1 year, whichever
comes first.

The "additional service" described in the manual, which includes the spark
plug replacement and air filter replacement is to be performed every 40k
miles.  Brake fluid is to be changed every two years regardless of mileage.

Where is the 30k service except for the standard changing of the oil?  Am I
missing something?
