Help on Tires and Rims

Hello,

     I am about to buy Konig Villains for my 97 GLX. 
I just want to know if this is a good setup for my car
205/40/R17x7.  The tires are going to be the Yokohama
A520.  Any pros and cons on the brand and size of the
rims and tire?  Keep in mind that I live in the
