Vr6 Vs VR6 Exhaust Question

I am a experience with another GLX Jetta. It was a 95. He pretty much blew
my doors, however I did have four passengers in the car. I am not making
excuses.. He pulled over and was quite cool.. He had a P-Flo, P-Chip, Eibach
Springs, and a Custom Exhaust made at Walts Muffler.. Just some Big Pipe
stuff..

Now this guys driving everytime he shifted to second he was getting wheel
spin.

But this guy just kept pullin on me. Does an Exhaust make this big of
difference?

Btw: Garrett Chip, P-Flo, AirBath..
