Adam,

I agree with everthing you said!

Now about your radio, you can remove it very easily with a small screw
driver or do what I do and grab a piece if coat hanger wire cut a piece
about 6 to 8 inches long bend it into a u shape. Then stick the two ends
into the respective holes first on one side of the radio then the other side
while gently pulling your radio out of the dash.  By inserting the wire
into the holes on eother side of your radio it depresses a clip behind the
dash which enables you to slide the radio out. Hope that was clear enough if
