0W-30 Series 2000 all year long ( I live in Minnesota).  In a GLX with the
VR6 I reccommend 20W-50 Series 2000 in the summer months.  0W-30 will be
fine when the temps are under 75 degrees Farenheit.

I will have to check on the filter availability, Last I checked only VW had
VR6 Filters (not a huge aftermarket demand for VR6 filters I guess).
