Shocks - we may have a problem

George,

We may have a problem.  I've been trying to identify these shocks to see
if they will fit with my plan to go with the Shine setup.  I can't 
identify the fronts yet but the part# on the rears indicates a sport shock
designed for the A2 Golf/Jetta!  I've got Mike Potter looking into it
and I'll be checking with Bilstein and Neuspeed in the morning.  Maybe 
Neuspeed had them valved for the VR6?  After I confirm the part #s I'm going
to check with Shine to see if they're ok with their setup.  I really hope
they will....these shocks are a good deal.  If they won't work, do you mind
selling them to the other guy who was interested?  I know you said you stood
behind your stuff.  I don't expect to get back the cost of shipping, just the
$175, if it comes to that.  I'm a little disappointed right now.  I thought
these were Bilstein HDs and even though thats what the receipt says they
may not be.

I'll let you know what I find out tomorrow.  It would be a shame for me to
lose out on these babies but if they won't work with my intended setup, well
keeping them would be pointless.
