Shifting problem

I am still having my shifting problem where the car (97 GLX) will not go
into 2nd or 1st from down shifting.
The only way I can get it to go in is if I double clutch go back into
3rd and then go to 2nd and then first.
Does anyone have any ideas on whats going on?  I brought to the dealer
and they said they realigned it
but I still have the problem...  If anyone know whats going on please
let me know.
