97 Jetta and Dual Hella Rounds

I am looking into the Badgeless grill with Dual Hella Rounds. I am 
wondering what parts, labor, and anything else that may be involved. I 
would like to know the best way, and about how much the procedure would 
cost if a shop charged $65/hr..

I am also looking at the European Lighting, is that something to consider 
or is it just a waste of time?

Any experiences, or comments are greatly appreciated.
