Sometimes you can get the tool at VW, or you could go to Pep Boys, or
Checker, or wherever. They've gottem.
Or, you could just make 'em outta 5" lengths of coat hanger. It helps a lot,
in any case, if you unscrew the heater controls and shove them out of the
way, so you can push on the back of the head unit.
