Hella dual rounds wiring

I am ready to get the Hella smoked lights, but now I am not sure what
kind of wiring I need.  I have a Jetta, so I definately need to do
something, and I assume it is better to go with an inline relay since I
may get the higher wattage bulbs.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?  Should I go for the ND harness
(at ~$150 -- ouch), or is something else a better idea).

Also, to anyone who has done this before on a jetta, where is the best
place to get a golf (or is it GTI?) grille and the extension -- no I am
not going to change my hood :).
