Here's the response I got inquiring about Wagner Xenon..

Hi Patrick,
The Wagner catalog shows 9006 and 9007 low and high beams foe a 97
Jetta. These are standard Halogen bulbs and are not available in the
Xenon at this time. At this time Wagner only offer the 9004 and 9005
in the Xenon.
People seem to like these bulbs and Wagner tells us that more part
numbers will be available soon.
