pwr window reset

can somebody link me to a description on how to 
reset my power windows? the rears USED to be
one touch down AND up, but ever since i 
disconnected the negative battery to install my 
Blaupunkt i've only got one touch down. and 
recently i'm experiencing one of the windows 
will go up about halfway and then back down.

basically i need to resync my windows. i know
it's been posted before but i cant find it archived
on the major sites...

why doesn't the 'roof have one touch open/close?
