I bought the Xenon ones from Wagner for about $9 each.  Its called the
"Xenon Brite Lite" Stk No. BP9004BL Type HB1.  I can't tell the difference
between the Xenon and the stock halogen.  I ran one of each for a while to
test.  Not worth the money.  I can't comment about other brands.
