Depends on what's squeaking. If its your pillar's, I've got that one
too, and I've never been able to get it fixed. If its your doors, check
the mounting hardware on the side of your side panels. All of those
Allen screws must be tight or the door will rattle. If tightening them
doesn't help (it didn't on mine after a while), then you may want to
consider replacing your hardware and, when you do that, use a silicon gel
to insulate between the door panel and the door. I had that done over a
year and a half ago and my doors haven't made a sound since.
