RE: Summary of 1998 VR6 problems?

Hey Andy,

I have a '98 GLX, & it has been very reliable. The only problems I have had
with the car are: 1) A loose feeling just off center in the steering wheel.
I think a tie rod end is a little loose. 2) The driver's seat is a little
loose. This is mostly because my wife & I both drive the car frequently, & I
am about one foot taller than she is. Therefore, we are rather hard on the
seat adjusting mechanisms. By the way, I bought my car in February, & it has
9,000 miles on it so far.

You may want to mention to your friend that one of the main reasons for the
existence of an e-mail list such as this is to discuss problems we are having
with our cars in hopes that someone else on the list has had a similar
experience & can lend some insight. Therefore, it should be expected that
many of the archives would contain messages of this nature.

Later!
