Badge Removal

On the 97 GLX (JETTA), they don't have the badges that leave holes in your
trunk do they?

Can anyone post the removal process.. Or at least what works best for it..
I head Heat Gun or Hair Dryer, the turn and twist off the badges then
adhesive remover...

I ordered the Vento Badge from ND, now does it come with a Already adhesive
back? Or do you have to buy a special adhesive?
