Codes read/interpreted:HELP

Perhaps the mechanics among these groups could help:  read codes that show a
fuel injector and mass air flow sensor fault.  the symptom is intermittent,
CE light comes on, engine feels like 5 cyls are running, thus the injector
code sounds possible.  Can they be reached easily (cyl 3) and replaced
easily? I have a Bentleys on the way, but want to proceed quickly.  Is the
air flow fault likely caused by the injector, or also faulty itself? my
warranty is over, so fixing is much better than dealer!  HELP. and thanks
