Rear wheel problem

Hi all Jetta/Vento VR6 Owner
That the first time I post my problem on net. I want to ask all GLX owners
discover that the rear wheel on
the driver side look unbalance to another side. It look one wheel get into
wheelwell than passenager side.
Do you know what problem and how to solve it?what part I hve to change?
