Well this is the first message I've seen since I subscribed yesterday. The
GTI list seems to be a lot more active, but maybe things here will pick up.

To start some discussion, I can ask a question: I've been thinking about 
adding VDO gauges (oil pres and volt) to my '95 GLX using ND's mounting
kit for well over a year now. May I'll finally do it this summer. Has anyone
done this? If so, how hard was installing the oil-pressure sender?

Related to this, has anyone insatlled the white gauge faces ND sells. I'm 
really bummed VW introduce white gauges in the 96 and 97 models but I have
the plain jane black ones. It looks like a tough job that might involve
removint the steering wheel (not about to do that).
