Tumblers, Locks, and other such nonsense

I talked to the service manager at the store I bought my car and he told 
me that they have had "more than their fair share" of broken key lock 
tumblers.  He said that they were having problems with ignition tumblers 
last year but VW fixed that this year....So there is at least something 
to look forward to..
