Installing Exhaust System

Hey everyone!  I was wondering if anyone here has any experiences in
installing exhaust systems.  I just got my autotech exhaust and I'm kinda
giddy about getting it installed.  Is it something I should try on my own
to gain some knowledge or should I leave it to the professionals?  What
tools would I need?

PS: I called my dealer and they want $200 for the install not to mention
them wanting me to miss a half a days work which I can't do for the next
few weeks.
