I think you should lose the fog lights.  Fogs should be used when appropriate - i.e. in 
the fog.  About 90% of all BMW drivers around here drive with their fogs on 100% of the 
time.  I laugh at them - they all consider them to be cosmetic accessories.  

Anyways by having the fogs on when they don't need to be, that is no doubt at least 
part of the reason you're getting flashed - nimrod drivers automatically assume that if 
you have "too many" lights on at once, then they must be some kind of high beam, thus 
you get flashed.

WHAT blue lens in the fogs?? Is this some kind of aftermarket gizmo you have?  My 
stock fogs sure as heck ain't blue.......
