Actually they were masked off 'cept for the very top edge.  I didn't
think it mattered since a) it was heat resistant paint and b) if it
didn't take, no big deal as I plan to go with Mintex Redbox Pads 
soon.

In the interest of safety, correct me if I'm wrong here.
