Inch to the right while driving

My new GLX 98 pulls to right if you remove your hands from the wheel while
driving say 30+.

I spoke to my dealer and they said its normal for all jetta's to do it, his
does it, he suggested that I adjust to it!
Sounds like a Micro$oft technique on how to redefine a problem 'not' being
a problem if enough people have it and the money is exchanged ;)

Is this the case with everyone out there?
