Ok.. Pedal Cleaning Question

Has anyone found a good way to clean that rough metal (ABT Sportsline Pedals) or
like? What cleaner? I need suggestions.. Also.. The Black Dash, whats the best
way to keep dust and lint and all that shit off of it? I was my car about once a
week and detail the inside twice..
