The spectacular Mihm-to-Davis play that ended the 3rd quarter last night
piqued my curiosity.  What is NBA rule when the clock strikes 0.0 in the
middle of a dunk -- i.e., the ball is in the cylinder (and may even be
halfway down the basket) but the player's hand is still touching the ball?
