Re: Not All Bad

I did not get to see the game today as most, but before this comes down to saying a game was decided by wether or not Brandon played or not might be crossing a line of sorts.

I am a Brandon supporter and I have posted my thoughts about him. CarrObie has rendered him along with Mihm and Jones useless as CarrObie has gone to a shortened rotation featuring Waltah. Lets just cut to the chase and stop arguing what we are not being allowed to see, in this case Hunter, but what we ARE seeing, and that is about 25 mins per game too much of Waltah!!! What in the world is he doing out there to warrent 20 games of starter minutes during this playoff run? To be out there finnishing games? what games have we won because of him? I have only come up with about 2 games where he played a deciding role to the win. What games we have won during this stretch run is despite playing him too much. This is CarrObies fault not Waltah's, Waltah is what he is, an athletic big guy too weak to play the PF position for any big minutes but a good change of pace kind of guy.

CarrObie IMO has cut his throat by attaching his wagon to Waltah, he has left Hunter, Mihm, Jones and to a lesser extent Perkins to twist in the wind and you can see when they get a few minutes that they are trying to figure what magic they must perform to earn the respect of thier coach and be given a chance to contribute to the playoff run. Its too bad as someone mentioned how many games did it take for Banks to start figuring out the NBA game? Have to think that over the last 15 or so games Hunter, Mihm and Jones could have made similar progress and adjustments, instead they along with the rest of us have to wait to next year. Again too bad because if they had been given some sort of chance this playoff run would be more interesting, and if we fell short we would probally still been well served by knowing what these guys bring to the table or not going into next year.

Sill am hoping for the playoffs because dispite what I just said making the playoffs is more prefferable than winding up with a 8-12 lottery pick in its place.

Dan, what the hell are you talking about? We gave up
those rebounds and free throws BECAUSE hunter didn't
play. You're actually arguing for playing him! 2nd round
pick or not, his DNP probably cost us the game today.
