I agree that he's better than any of our centers now, but
you don't trade a promising young big man for a guy that
can't run, has a short shelf-life at best, and who has an
enormous salary.  Let alone throwing in our best young
PG prospect and an all-star quality shooting guard in
Ricky Davis.  Say what you want about Marcus Banks,
but we know even less about him now than Pitino knew
about Chauncey Billups when he traded him away.  I
guess I could see Davis, given our logjam at his position,
and the ease with which you can draft gifted atheletes at
that position.  I would trade youth, talent, and athleticism
for size in that situation; but only for the month or so
before Z's feet started hurting again.  Which WILL happen.
