C's at Indy at the half

Great resiliency (?) after getting way down in the first quarter, and with 
Pierce getting into foul trouble and not scoring - to come back and play great 
ball in the second is a good omen for the team getting it back together.  Now 
if they can keep it up  for the second half, they may recover from the lates 
shock sooner than expected.

OTOH, what was Carroll thinking to put Mihm back in at the end of the half so 
he could pick up his 3rd foul ????  Gaaahhhh!
