Chemistry/Character

Chemistry and Character is being proposed as being important to a basketball
team. Hogwash, this is Lefty stuff, cosmetic like. The locker room is said to
be sad. You mean they have been celebrating? We don't need good Bingo pals,
just players that know their positions. Team play becomes visible when 5-9
guys  that can play their positions also know strengths and weaknesses of his
teammates. We don't have enough guys yet with that mentality. PP thinks he's a
driving point guard, Mihm thinks he has a fall away and should skip the rest
of his Karate classes, James thinks he's a combination of all, Banks thinks
he's 6'10", Waltah never left the playground, Yiri is picking up bad habit's
from all the above, Blount is just improving.

Ainge has shaken the team to it's knees, it's where it had to go. Keep the
chemistry in the test tube.
