If and when Banks learns to hit the short pull-up jumper with some
regularity his stock will increase immensely. He is raw and eventually will
exceed Chauncey Billups ability because of his speed, but it will take some
time. Billups himself bounced around awhile before settling down. We still
could use an experienced point for next seasons till Banks learns the trade.
