 The only time the team runs is when Banks is in. James doesn't have the
 point mentality. We are seeing Banks more and more. Why? Because he's more
 fluid and inventive. It won't be long before this is Banks team to run.
Yeah
 he's a little green yet but he has raw talent. If he starts getting
 confidence and hits that short jumper look out.
