Mihm's offense

According to coach/dad-in-law, Mihm has little offensive game. Compared to whom? Blount? McCarty? Well, I think the old guy knows his stuff and all, but you can rarely pick your son-in-law and sons-in-law want to prove they can succeed their own way. I'm glad that's not my family dynamic.

But if we don't see some of Hunter and Perkins this month, I'll consider O'Brien to be a terrible planner. Each month a coach ought to re-consider his players, his approach, the playing time, etc. and be willing to try something new. Not to play Hunter (what, a 23 year old?) is just plain stupid in light of what he may be able to do. Just an opinion. But I'm not one who thinks O'Brien or Tagliabue or Bush know more about their jobs than I do. They all got where they are by who they knew, not what they knew or could do. Well, I'm getting out of control. Cheers, Gene
