This kid Banks is far from a very much work in progress. He has shown signs,
he's one of the fastest points in the League, he has no fear of taking it to
the hoop. He is raw talent. Play him now and a lot and he'll come along just
fine. If we had a better record with James I would say fine, but we don't.
Not taking anything away from James, he's not a point guard. It looks like
the dye is cast for the season especially with Raef out. We must start
developing now for the future.
