RE: Atkins+Hunter Starting=Upgrade

There are grumblings all over Seattle sports radio that the Sonics may
not be comfortable extending Ray Allen's contract after next season.
Consequently he may be on the block next summer. 

The thought of a Pierce for Allen and Seattle's first round pick this
summer really intrigues me.  In Pierce, Seattle gets a younger star that
is locked into a salary until 2007 while the Celtics get a player more
capable of fitting into the Sacramento Kings style offense and motion &
passing based game that Ainge envisions, as well as another first round
draft pick to build for the future.

Respectability. Atkins and Hunter brought us back. We were looking for a
spark plug and got 2. Hunter certainly is for real. Atkins makes us a
much better club no matter what. If Yiri who I believe has hit the wall
along with a bum hand or Davis hit a few bunnies or we make a few more
free throws we win. I'm impressed.

However, PP continues to play dumb basketball. When we do get a coach
next season this guy has to be straightened out.
