My second hope is that the Celtics "win" the legal issue and the
ability-to-play clause in the CBA changes the complexion of the next CBA to
be more like the NFL.

Lots of grey area here. Doctor Baccus, for Baker's convenience,
assigned a local Dr. to physically check Baker periodically. I understand
that local doctor approved Baker's fitness to return. But somehow,
Baccus did not.
