Fizer?

I am wondering what is up with Fizer in Chicago.  Here is a guy that I like
when he is on the floor.  He seems to always hustle and isn't afraid to
bang.  He has good size.  Seems like a good fit here in Boston.  Yet he
seems to be in the dog house a lot.

Does anyone have any insight they can share.
