To be fair, Cooz WAS in town for the Hall of Fame weekend, and I THINK he maintains a New England-area residence, hitting Florida during the winter months.

It's possible he might have seen/heard a few things directly. Plus, I'm sure he hears things from Tom Heinsohn, etc.
