I can explain this trade possibility in two words: Salary Cap!
Knight at the end of his contract; Battie not.
Obviously not equal value, but Ainge trying to clear out salary.
And you know what, Knight could be traded again before
the deadline, I think. Knight, Williams, Mills, that's about 
lo $14 million in expiring contracts.
